DUI Arrests

In Georgia, DUI arrests can happen at any time to any one. Most people do not know that Georgia is a 0 tolerance state and that you can get charged with DUI for any amount of alcohol in your system. Most Georgians know that the "legal limit" is .08, but what they don't know is that Georgia has a "less safe" statute that says that if you have any amount of alcohol in your system and commit a "less safe act" that you can be charge with DUI just like if you had a BAC level of .08 or higher.
